AI 短剧节正式启动 中国与东盟共探 AI 赋能影视创作新路径

（香港，2026 年 6 月 26 日） 由明途科技（MINTO）主办的 “B.E.Y.O.N.D INDIVIDUAL” 全球发布会今日在香港数码港举行。会上，亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）正式发布中国—东盟 AI 短剧节（ACAI）项目，并与明途科技签署战略合作协议。双方将围绕 AI 数字内容、数字人技术、国际赛事、青年人才培养及产业生态建设等方向开展深度合作，共同推动中国与东盟 AI 数字内容产业的交流与协同发展。
(Hong Kong, 26 June 2026) The “B.E.Y.O.N.D INDIVIDUAL” Global Launch, hosted by MINTO Technology (MINTO), was held today at Cyberport, Hong Kong. At the event, the Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH) officially unveiled the ASEAN–China AI Short Drama Festival (ACAI), and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MINTO. The two parties will pursue in-depth collaboration across AI digital content, digital human technology, international competitions, youth talent development and industry-ecosystem building, jointly advancing exchange and coordinated growth in the China–ASEAN AI digital content industry.

AIRH 院长 Tony Zhang（张佟麟）在发布仪式上表示，生成式人工智能正深刻改变全球内容生产与文化传播方式，AI 不仅是技术创新的重要方向，也正成为推动文化产业升级的新引擎。他指出，短剧凭借传播效率高、内容形态灵活、跨文化表达能力强及国际市场增长迅速等特点，已成为数字内容产业的重要发展方向，也为中国与东盟深化文化交流、产业协作与青年创作合作提供了新的切入点。
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Tony Zhang, President of AIRH, noted that generative artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping how content is produced and how culture is communicated worldwide. AI, he said, is not only a key direction for technological innovation but is also becoming a new engine driving the upgrading of the cultural industries. He observed that short drama — with its high dissemination efficiency, flexible content formats, strong cross-cultural expressiveness and rapidly growing international market — has become an important development direction for the digital content industry, and offers a fresh entry point for China and ASEAN to deepen cultural exchange, industrial collaboration and joint creative work among young creators.
据介绍，中国—东盟 AI 短剧节（ACAI）项目是在马来西亚国家电影发展局（FINAS）指导下，由 AIRH 联合明途科技以及来自中国和东盟地区的产业协会、高校、科研机构、企业和创新平台共同发起。项目以 AI 短剧为核心载体，搭建面向中国与东盟的国际合作平台，推动人工智能技术在影视创作、数字文化、创意产业和国际传播等领域的创新应用，促进技术、内容、人才与产业资源的深度融合。
According to the organisers, the ASEAN–China AI Short Drama Festival (ACAI) is initiated under the guidance of the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS), jointly launched by AIRH together with MINTO and a range of industry associations, universities, research institutions, enterprises and innovation platforms across China and the ASEAN region. With AI short drama as its core vehicle, the project establishes an international cooperation platform serving China and ASEAN, promoting the innovative application of AI in film and drama creation, digital culture, creative industries and international communication, and fostering deep integration of technology, content, talent and industrial resources.

根据当日签署的战略合作协议，AIRH 与明途科技将充分发挥各自在国际合作资源整合、人工智能技术应用、数字内容创作及产业生态建设等方面的优势，重点围绕 AI 数字内容创作、数字人应用、国际赛事、高校 AI 智能体大赛、青年人才培养及国际产业合作等方向开展长期合作，共同打造面向中国与东盟的 AI 创新合作平台。
Under the strategic cooperation agreement signed on the day, AIRH and MINTO will leverage their respective strengths in integrating international cooperation resources, applying artificial intelligence technologies, creating digital content and building industry ecosystems. Their long-term collaboration will focus on AI digital content creation, digital human applications, international competitions, university AI-agent contests, youth talent development and international industrial cooperation, jointly building an AI innovation cooperation platform for China and ASEAN.
Tony Zhang 表示，AIRH 始终致力于推动亚洲区域科技创新合作。未来，AIRH 将通过开放、共享的国际合作平台，汇聚政府机构、高校、科研院所、产业伙伴及青年创作者，共同探索人工智能赋能文化创意产业的新路径，推动更多优秀技术成果、创新项目和青年人才走向国际舞台。
Tony Zhang added that AIRH remains committed to advancing regional technological and innovation cooperation across Asia. Going forward, through an open and shared international cooperation platform, AIRH will bring together government bodies, universities, research institutes, industry partners and young creators to jointly explore new paths for AI-empowered cultural and creative industries, and to help more outstanding technological achievements, innovative projects and young talents reach the international stage.

The event drew representatives from technology enterprises, investment institutions, universities, industry organisations and Hong Kong’s local innovation ecosystem. Guests included representatives from the Hong Kong Education Promotion Association, Cyberport, Invest Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Hong Kong Software Industry Association, the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standardization Association, HKU Business School, Hong Kong Baptist University, the AWS Hong Kong Office, Google Cloud, Tencent, Seeyon, Ranyang Capital, HKT and the Federation of Hong Kong Sichuan Community Organisations, alongside representatives of MINTO, AIRH and partner organisations.
